The Anti-Culture of Corruption Act of 2004

Synopsis:

Extending the period of time over which specified lobbyists are prohibited from performing specified fund-raising and political activities; prohibiting persons doing public business from performing specified fund-raising and political activities; and establishing criminal penalties for a violation of specified provisions of the Act.
