Creating a Task Force to Study the Feasibility of Using Standard School Construction Plans; providing for the composition of the Task Force; requiring the State Department of Education to staff the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to study and make recommendations regarding the feasibility of developing and using standard school building construction plans; requiring the Task Force to develop criteria for standard construction plans, including consideration of specified factors and to study costs and savings; etc.
