State Police - Facility Security

Synopsis:

Requiring owners, lessees, and operators of facilities involving hazardous materials to study and implement specified safety measures on a periodic basis in consultation with the Department of State Police (DSP) and specified other State and local units; requiring those persons to implement security measures for their facilities; requiring reporting of security measures to the DSP and other specified State and local units; providing for the confidentiality of specified documents; etc.
