Business Entities - Recordation of Documents

Synopsis:

Repealing the requirement that the State Department of Assessments and Taxation return specified documents filed for record by specified business entities; repealing the requirement that the Department record specified documents; repealing the requirement that the Department issue a certificate of registration for specified foreign entities to do business in the State; and requiring the Department to send an acknowledgment stating when specified documents were accepted for record.
