Advance Directive Information Availability Act

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, in consultation with the Office of the Attorney General, to develop an information sheet that provides specified information relating to advance directives; requiring the Department, in consultation with the Office of the Attorney General, to develop and implement a plan for making specified information relating to advance directives widely available, and to make information on advance directives available at specified local departments; etc.
