Synopsis:

Altering the maximum amounts of specified classes of alcoholic beverages licenses available to be issued in Prince George's County; eliminating a specified class of alcoholic beverages license in the county; and providing that the additional Class B licenses authorized by the Act and issued under State law do not confer off-sale privileges.
