Criminal Law - Undocumented Immigrants - Preventing Unlawful Detention by Police

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a police officer from detaining undocumented immigrants without meeting the criteria of a warrantless arrest; and prohibiting a police officer from searching for undocumented immigrants for a specified purpose.
