Synopsis:

Requiring a director of an out-of-state medical laboratory to submit a report on specified diseases or conditions to the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene under specified circumstances; requiring the Secretary to inform a local health officer about specified reports from an out-of-state laboratory; adding specified diseases to the list of reportable diseases or conditions; etc.
