Health Insurance - Mandated Benefits - Exclusions for Preexisting Conditions

Synopsis:

Allowing a health insurer to exclude coverage for a mandated health benefit under Title 15, Subtitle 8 of the Insurance Article if the benefit relates to a condition revealed during medical underwriting and the benefit is excluded by a signed waiver attached to the health insurance contract.
