Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages - Additional Class B Licenses PG 313-04

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Prince George's County Board of License Commissioners to allow a specified holder of a Class B beer, wine and liquor license to hold or have an interest in an additional license if the restaurant for which the additional license is sought is within a specified waterfront entertainment complex as defined by a county ordinance or a specified commercial establishment designated by the County Executive as a recreational, destination, or entertainment attraction.
