Synopsis:

Prohibiting the issuance of a Class A or Class D beer, beer and light wine, or beer, wine and liquor license in Prince George's County to a person, corporation, or limited liability company holding an alcoholic beverages license or a majority interest in an alcoholic beverages license in another state or Washington, D.C.; and providing an exception for specified renewals of alcoholic beverages licenses.
