Synopsis:

Providing that a specified financial disclosure statement is not required to include a statement as to whether property is improved or unimproved; providing that a specified statement shall include only the address of property obtained more than 3 years before an individual begins employment with the State except under specified circumstances; providing that a specified statement is not required to include information related to property interests outside the State except under specified circumstances.
