Public Safety - Handguns - Integrated Mechanical Safety Device Requirement - Repeal

Synopsis:

Repealing the definition of "integrated mechanical safety device"; repealing a provision prohibiting, on or after January 1, 2003, a dealer from selling, offering for sale, renting, or transferring in the State a handgun manufactured on or after January 1, 2003, unless the handgun has an integrated mechanical safety device; etc.
