Synopsis:

Providing that the Board of Public Works may sell or transfer specified facilities only if the Board executes a specified covenant or provision in the deed mandating that the facility be used for specified purposes or if the facility is to be used for specified other purposes; providing for specified notice and hearing on the sale or transfer of specified property within a specified time period; and defining a specified term.
