Imposing a 5-year mandatory minimum term of imprisonment for a person who is convicted of specified theft offenses involving a motor vehicle when the person has two prior convictions of a specified crime involving a motor vehicle; imposing a 5-year mandatory minimum term of imprisonment for a person who is convicted of motor vehicle theft when the person has two prior convictions of motor vehicle theft; etc.
