Synopsis:

Exempting the Calvert County Board of Education from a requirement to provide full-day kindergarten programs in Calvert County by the 2007-2008 school year unless a joint resolution assessing the State's fiscal resources is passed and the Interagency Committee on School Construction determines that the school facilities construction budget provides an amount sufficient to fully fund capital expenditures relating to the provision of full-day kindergarten programs in Calvert County; etc.
