Procurement - Reciprocal Preference for Resident Offerors

Synopsis:

Authorizing a unit of State government to give specified preferences to competitive sealed proposals from resident offerors under specified circumstances; requiring, at the request of the unit, a nonresident offeror of a competitive sealed proposal to give specified information concerning the treatment of nonresident offerors in specified states; etc.
