Requiring a stock certificate to be signed by specified officers of a corporation; authorizing the board of directors of a corporation to amend the charter of the corporation to effect a reverse stock split without stockholder action under specified circumstances; requiring the corporation to give specified written notice of the reverse stock split to holders of record of the combined shares of stock as of the effective date of the reverse stock split; etc.
