Natural Resources - Fish and Fisheries - Recreational Tidal Fishing Guide License

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Department of Natural Resources to issue a recreational tidal fishing guide license to allow a person to guide fishing parties of no more than 20 persons using only fishing poles, hand lines, and dip nets to catch in-season finfish; authorizing the members of the fishing party to catch in-season finfish using only fishing poles, hand lines, and dip nets; etc.
