Gaming - Slot Machines - Ownership and Operation by Eligible Organizations

Synopsis:

Altering the definition of "eligible organization" from a nonprofit organization that has been located in specified counties for at least 5 years before the organization applies for a license to one that has been located in the State for at least 5 years before the organization applies for a license; repealing the geographical limitation where eligible organizations may be located in order to own and operate slot machines; and making technical changes.
