Requiring the State Board of Education to make available all tests and test questions within 3 weeks of administration of the test; requiring the State Board to make available information regarding the process of test construction, validity, reliability, and objectivity, and regarding the determination of cut scores for the test; requiring the State Board to administer only multiple choice tests and a different test each year; requiring each county board of education to develop and implement written tests and assessments; etc.
