State Property Tax Exemption - Surviving Spouse of a Law Enforcement Officer or Rescue Worker

Synopsis:

Providing for an exemption from State property tax under specified circumstances for a dwelling owned by a surviving spouse of a law enforcement officer or rescue worker who died as a result of an injury or disease incurred during the course of employment under specified circumstances; defining specified terms; and providing for the application of the Act to tax years beginning after June 30, 2004.
