Synopsis:

Repealing specified provisions relating to the angling of shad in tidal waters of the State; designating shad as a hook and line fishery in tidal waters; establishing specified restrictions on the permissible methods of angling for shad; requiring the Department of Natural Resources to allow harvests of shad if specified requirements are met; requiring the Department to adopt regulations establishing limits and seasons for the harvesting of shad; etc.
