Synopsis:

Authorizing the Montgomery County Board of License Commissioners to approve an alcoholic beverages license for a restaurant establishment located in the Rockshire Planned Residential Unit development in the City of Rockville under specified circumstances; and specifying that the license authorizes the license holder to keep for sale and sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises only.
