Establishing the Task Force to Study Funeral Establishment Licensing; providing for the composition, staffing, and compensation of the members of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to review and assess specified items related to the licensing of funeral establishments; requiring the Task Force to report to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 31, 2004; etc.
