Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Governor's Salary Commission from recommending salaries for the Governor and Lieutenant Governor that are greater than the current salaries increased by specified percentages; prohibiting the General Assembly Compensation Commission from recommending compensation for members of the General Assembly that is greater than the current compensation increased by specified percentages; etc.
