Requiring specified nursing facilities to install and use electronic monitoring devices in residents' rooms to monitor the safety of the residents; requiring the related institution to post a notice containing specified information in a conspicuous location; requiring the area in the related institution that receives the signals from the electronic monitoring devices to meet specified criteria; etc.
