Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $250,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of The Ellis Island of Baltimore Foundation, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a building to be used for providing a place to hold swearing in ceremonies for new Americans, orientation films, exhibits, and other specified activities, resources, and facilities, and for providing for handicapped access to all facilities, located in Locust Point in Baltimore City; etc.
