Synopsis:

Repealing the element of willfullness in prohibitions relating to the destruction of funerary objects; providing that the prohibition against destruction of funerary objects does not prohibit certain maintenance activities; repealing a provision stating that the prohibition against destruction of funerary objects does not prohibit the removal of human remains or a funerary object from an abandoned cemetery under specified circumstances; etc.
