Income Tax - Subtraction Modification for Retirement Income

Synopsis:

Increasing the maximum pension exclusion allowed under the Maryland income tax for an individual who is at least 65 years old or who is disabled or whose spouse is disabled; and applying the Act to tax years after 2004.
