Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $450,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Brooklyn and Curtis Bay Coalition, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, renovation, and capital equipping of the Polish Home Hall for use as a center for senior and youth activities and a training program for specified residents in catering and events management, located in Baltimore City; requiring the grantee to grant and convey an easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
