Public Libraries - Preventing Internet Access to Obscene Materials - Funding

Synopsis:

Requiring a county or board of trustees of a county library to adopt and implement specified policies and procedures to prevent individuals from obtaining access through the library to specified materials by a specified date; requiring the State Superintendent of Schools to authorize the State Comptroller to withhold specified State funds from a county library that has not complied with specified policies to prevent an individual from obtaining Internet access to obscene materials; etc.
