Forest or Park Reserve Fund - Use of Revenues from Timber Harvesting

Synopsis:

Providing that, after a specified distribution to counties is made, an amount of money equivalent to the revenue derived from timber harvesting in State forests to the Forest or Park Reserve Fund less any revenue derived from timber harvesting that has been paid out to counties is required to be used for forest restoration, invasive species eradication, and the acquisition and protection of forests that shall be made ineligible for timber harvesting.
