State Board of Contract Appeals - Expedited Procedures - Legal Representation

Synopsis:

Authorizing specified principals, without being admitted to practice law in the State, to represent a specified contractor in an expedited procedure before the State Board of Contract Appeals; providing that statutory requirements related to the practice of law in the State do not limit the right of principals to represent a specified contractor in the proceedings; clarifying that a person may be represented by counsel in an appeal before the Appeals Board; and providing for the termination of the Act.
