Education - Registered Child Sexual Offenders Attending Public School

Synopsis:

Authorizing a county superintendent of schools, after receiving written notice of the registration of a child sexual offender from a local law enforcement unit, to refuse to enroll the child sexual offender in a particular public school; requiring a county superintendent who refuses to enroll a child sexual offender in a neighborhood public school to provide an alternative education program for the child sexual offender; etc.
