Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $500,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Family Life Center, Inc. for the planning, construction, and capital equipping of a building to be used as a day care facility, a gym, a theatre, space for an industrial kitchen, classrooms, and other work areas for senior, youth, and trade career development training activities, located in Baltimore City; etc.
