Entitled:
Tobacco Products - Display or Storage - Restrictions

Synopsis:

Prohibiting licensed retailers of tobacco products from displaying or storing tobacco products in a specified manner; providing that the Act does not apply to specified retail establishments; and providing that a specified provision of State law does not preempt the enactment or enforcement of local ordinances.
