Authorizing the State Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators to place licensees on inactive status under specified circumstances; authorizing the Board to impose monetary penalties for licensees; requiring Board approval of an acting Nursing Home Administrator designated under specified circumstances; prohibiting a stay pending review of a Board order; authorizing the Board to impose monetary penalties for nonlicensees; etc.
