Synopsis:

Requiring the County Executive in Montgomery County to review a financial disclosure form of an applicant for commissioner; authorizing the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) to establish a Board of Ethics for a specified purpose; authorizing the Board of Ethics to administer oaths and issue specified subpoenas; providing that a subpoena may be judicially enforced; and authorizing a specified respondent to seek judicial review.
