Synopsis:

Increasing the annual salary of the members of the Liquor Control Board of Worcester County; providing that a member of the Board is entitled to a mileage fee when performing official duties as a member of the Board; and providing that the Act does not apply to the salary or compensation of the incumbent members of the Board.
