Requiring the State Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists to authorize specified individuals who meet specified requirements to administer and interpret specialized psychological testing; establishing specified requirements that an individual must meet to qualify to administer and interpret specialized psychological tests; requiring the Board to establish specified regulations that include specified experience and educational requirements; etc.
