Public Safety - Emergency Expenditures - Nation's Capital First Responder Preparedness District

Synopsis:

Requiring the Director of the Maryland Emergency Management Agency to allocate at least 5% of specified federal money received by the State to the Nation's Capital First Responder Preparedness District; specifying that the District consists of Charles, Frederick, Montgomery, and Prince George's counties; and requiring that money allocated to the District be distributed equally among the counties and used for specified purposes.
