Business and Economic Development - Job Creation Tax Credit and One Maryland Economic Development Tax Credit - Disaster Relief

Synopsis:

Allowing specified tax credits for employers who are in disaster areas, who apply to the Secretary of Business and Economic Development, and who meet specified criteria; and specifying the duties of the Secretary of Business and Economic Development to determine whether the employer qualifies for the extended credits.
