Requiring insurers of homeowner's insurance policies to provide written notice to an insured regarding policy premium increases, policy reductions, policy cancellations, and nonrenewals under specified circumstances; requiring the notice to be on a specified form; requiring the notice to include specified information; requiring the reason for an insurer proposing to take an action to be sufficiently clear and specific; defining a specified term; etc.
