Synopsis:

Requiring the Office of Health Care Quality to apply to the Central Repository for State and national criminal history records checks for each owner of a facility or home used for adult dependent care programs; requiring the owner to pay specified fees; requiring the owner to provide a set of fingerprints on specified forms, except under specified circumstances; requiring the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services to follow specified procedures for State and national criminal history records checks; etc.
