Synopsis:

Expanding eligibility under the Maryland Medical Assistance Program to parents at or below a specified income, subject to specified limitations; including uninsured individuals in the Maryland Pharmacy Discount Program; including all individuals under the age of 19 years in the Maryland Children's Health Program (MCHP); altering the MCHP premium plan to apply to specified individuals whose family income is above a specified income; etc.
