Allegany County - Property Tax Credit - Residential Development Property

Synopsis:

Authorizing the governing body of Allegany County or a municipal corporation in Allegany County to grant a property tax credit for a specified amount against the county and municipal corporation property tax imposed on property subdivided into five or more lots for purposes of future residential development; providing for a specified limitation on the tax credit; and providing for the application of the Act to tax years beginning after June 30, 2004.
