Synopsis:

Establishing the Children's Health Insurance Outreach Program in the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH); requiring DHMH to develop a specified health insurance form; requiring each county board of education to include the health insurance form with the school lunch application and to forward completed health insurance forms to DHMH; requiring DHMH to use completed health insurance forms to enroll children in the Maryland Children's Health Program; requiring DHMH and Department of Education to adopt regulations; etc.
