Motor Vehicles - Snow or Ice on Vehicle

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from driving or permitting to be driven on any publicly maintained highway a vehicle with an unreasonable amount of snow or ice on the vehicle; and making a presumption regarding responsibility for specified violations applicable to a violation of the Act.
