Public School Construction - Minimum Annual Funding Level

Synopsis:

Requiring the Governor to include at least $200,000,000 of funding for school construction in the capital budget each fiscal year; providing that $100,000,000 of funding for school construction may not be included in the estimate of total new State debt for the fiscal year recommended by the Capital Debt Affordability Committee; etc.
